A wholly owned subsidiary of Rite-Hite, DuctSox is a manufacturer of commercial and industrial fabric ductwork & diffuser systems for open/finished ceiling architecture, critical environments, and underfloor applications. DuctSox fabric systems are a cost effective, aesthetically attractive alternative to metal ductwork and diffusers.

JD Metalworks
A wholly owned subsidiary of Rite-Hite Products Corporation, JD Metalworks is Rite-Hite Product Corporation’s largest supplier and produces current Rite-Hite products such as high capacity levelers, Safe-T-Lip’s and modules, Edge-of-Dock’s, and Rail Car Ramps. In addition, they continue to be a diverse subcontract manufacturer for other companies. The excellent partnership and history between our two companies goes back over 50 years, and includes multiple company name and ownership changes.
