Vehicle Restraint Experience
Upgrading your vehicle restraint solutions is not only an investment in loading dock equipment, but an investment in the future safety and productivity of your workforce. In order to choose the right solution for your application, it is imperative to partner with a representative that will walk you through every step of the process. The Rite-Hite experience begins and ends with our exclusive distribution network, providing detailed information, answering any questions and fulfilling your specific equipment needs. With your safety as our priority, we rely on field site surveys and on-going collaboration, rather than inventory levels, to determine which piece of loading dock equipment is the best solution for your application. Here’s the step-by-step process to the Rite-Hite experience:
1. Schedule a Field Evaluation/Site Survey
No-obligation field evaluation or site survey is performed at your facility, at your convenience, so that our representatives can understand your specific facility needs, evaluate your application, gather measurements and recommend the best solution for you. A completed copy of the survey report is provided along with the custom proposal.
Example: View our Global Wheel-Lok® Survey Form
2. Participate in Product Demonstration or Field Trial
Local Rite-Hite representative will arrange a one-on-one Drive-In to a local showroom or schedule a visit to a customer site nearest your location. You may also qualify to participate in our trial program which allows you to test and experience the solution in your environment and facility with normal daily operations.

3. Review Custom Proposal
Local Rite-Hite representative will expertly recommend a vehicle restraint solution and provide a proposal which details technical information, warranty, payment and delivery conditions.

4. Choose Your Method of Installation
The first stage of installation is providing a full scope of work (SOW), a mutual agreement to what work will be done and providing an overview of the installation details. A set of Risk, Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) is also supplied prior to any working being completed.
Example: View a Rite-Hite SOW and RAMS
5. Learn How to Operate the Equipment
Certified Rite-Hite experts will provide tailored training on your newly installed equipment’s application. They will also perform a full handover of the products and answer any operational questions.
Example: View a Handover Certificate
6. Choose the Right Maintenance Plan for You
Planned Maintenance Plans are available for all Rite-Hite loading dock equipment. Making the state of your capital investment a priority protects the equipment and your bottom line by ensuring it operates to protect your people and products for years to come.
The Rite-Hite experience does not stop after the sale is finalized. Your local representative remains your partner for service and upgrades as well as a resource for any future loading dock safety concerns and needs at your facility.
